Anything lower than 1.5" or 38mm is excessive. You'll be getting further and further away from practicality.

Negative. The more slammed the better. my lude will be 1-3 inches off the groun come may. My Eg Hatch sat 2 inches off the ground. No problems.
SLAM IT TILL IT SCRAPES !
Thanks for proving my point. Never listen to a Civic owner.

LOL. Ive owned BMW's. 240sx, and they have all been slamemd. Ive never had problems except a little camber wear here and there..If you dont like slammed cars then thats your personal opionion. My opinion is a slammed car looks proper especially if your putting money into yoru suspension. Doesnt have to be excessivelly slammed like my cars but a nice stance always improves performance.

^ If it's lower than 1.5", and you'll start running into clearance issues. If the car is daily driven, this should be your limit. And again, never listen to a Civic owner. Especially one with only 12 posts.

You'll get better performance if the car isn't slammed. And it's not just the "stance" that gives better performance, its the suspension. I could cut my springs and get a "nice" stance, but it won't perform nearly as good as if i got a good quality coilover setup. And that can be proven just by driving a car with both every day. My prelude had gc's/kyb agx. My eg has drop zones. Prelude > EG in terms of the way it rides

Ill be running tein HA's most likely in may in my prelude. My prelude has skunk 2 coilovers. Of course i dont recommend cutting springs, i have never done this and never will..

Lol..just because i dont have that many posts..makes me not know what im talking about..everyone has there experiences. Ive had my fair share with suspension..And my cars are daily drivers/track cars..You can always raise the car with adjustable suspension...
