I was just surfing around and found that the Importfan website had pics of my car that they were using to sell my bodykit. Not to be anal or anything, but shouldn't they have gotten my permission to use my pics on their site to sell the product? Has anyone else had anything like this happen to them? Mine car is the one in the middle with the Wings West Avenger kit. The pics were taken from Hondaprelude.com. This post is a duplicate from one that I posted earlier on Superhonda.org. Legally, they don't need your permission to post pics of your car. They should ask as a matter of common courtesy, and the situation gets a bit more complicated since they're profiting from those pictures... But in a court, they'd probably get away with it.

Just start (i know it's a bit annoying and makes it a bit uglier) to shade in your name or something on your pic. I'm sure some ppl on this board enjoy doing graphics so you could probally ask them to do it if you ask nice.

Here's what you do. Use the webmasters email address and send it to any and every site that sends out Sh1tloads of SPAM. Yeah they won't take your pics down but after you sign up for 20-30 different sites with that address it'll be almost worth it knowing all the SPAM they're going to get!
