Any pics of a 5th gen with a Type S lip and OEM sides and rear? If no one has one, can someone photoshop it for me? I'm trying to see if the OEM sides and rear are too low for it.
As shown, the Type S front lip matches up with the SH sides and rear. Its a lower profile than the OEM kit which are larger than the SH sides and rear.
**EDIT - Not a very good comparison but it gets the point across

Yeah I've seen that pic and I've already thought about the comparisons but I wanted to see an actual pic of it or a good photoshop before I totally ruled out the Type S lip.
Have the JDM OEM front lip on our car that is for sale. Drop me an e-mail for the picture. BTW: The lip does not really go down very much at all.

Guess my question is does anyone have the front type S lip and the oem sides and rear...i have the sides and rear aready but cannot find the oem font lip...so i was able to find a type s lip instead and wondering how it looks
I doubt anyone has that combo. There are very few Type S lip owners. The combination will look odd. I can't say if it looks good or not but putting a small front lip against a larger side skirt and rear wouldn't look right IMHO.

Thanks
Why not just buy the whole OEM body kit and sell the Type S lip?

The Type-S lip lines up well with the mugen sides and rear. If the OEM lip does the same, i don't see why it wouldn't look ok.
I'd just do it. Type-S lips tend to be rare and if you don't like it, you can always sell it later.
Everyone on this forum always has their own biased opinions on how the prelude looks best. I've seen some people ask similar questions on how something would look and many tend to shoot them down. But i've also seen cases where the person asking the question did it anyway and it came out looking great.
So basically... what i'm saying is just go ahead and do it. You might come out with something that looks great and you'll be the first one. Then everyone else is gonna start copying you.
Good luck!
