Did you happen to remove or replace your steering wheel at some point? Maybe you forgot to align the turn signal defeat mechanism when putting the steering wheel back on. Otherwise, that mechanism might be broken. Or...I dunno. I'm trying to remember what that whole assembly looks like (without pulling out my manual cause I'm lazy. )
