Check your fuse box right under your left foot on the Driver's side. It's a black cover with a lock twist thing on it. Just pop that open and it should tell you on the cover which fuse is which. Most likely you blew a fuse, but before throwing a fuse in check to see if all your wires are sealed up and nothing is grounded.

I had a problem with my lights about a week ago....it turned out the fuse didn't look blown..but really was. Make sure you take it out...and look closely at it. Don't just eye ball the thing. It will keep you from losing your mind like I did.

What you wanna check is fuse Number 10, its a 15A fuse under the dash. See if it's blown, most likely it will be blown and just replace it with a good fuse. Does any of your dash lights work?

BTW.....check fuse number 13 also, it's another 15A fuse and it controls your turn signal switch. The Number 10 fuse is the Hazard light switch and many other exterior and interior lightings.

What's not working besides the Turn Signals and the Hazzards? Name everything that's not working and maybe we will be able to help you better. BTW...if the fuses you checked were still good, there's no point in replacing them.

You check the bulbs? hahaha....long shot but if you have a grounded wire, it might have blew out all the bulbs. All 4 signals doesn't work, both fronts and backs?

Wait wait wait.........you replaced the bulbs? Why did you replace them? Were they blown or did you just decide to replace them for the hell of it? You're confusing me here.

But if it's not the bulbs and it's not the fuse then it might be your turn signal switch which is gonna be a pain to change. Lets hope it's not that and it's a loose wire or something.

I don't think the hazards are hooked up the switch though.

I mean if it was your turn signal switch, the hazards would still work.

In a lot of cars, the 4 way is also hooked up to the Turn Signal switch. if there's an open wire in the Turn signal switch then the 4 way and signals won't work. I am not sure about the Prelude but it just might be the same circuit. If it's not then it has to be some loose wires.

If I can look at the car, I will be able to figure out what's wrong with it. Just sitting infront of the computer trying to figure out what's wrong by his explaination is kinda hard. I'm good with diagnosing electrical problems when the car is infront of me.

T&WPrelude: I honestly think it's still the fuse, and if it's blowing right away when you turn on the lights then you have a Grounded wire somewhere that's blowing your fuses.
