You should be able to get one from Skunk2. They list 2 wiring harnesses on their website http://www.skunk2.com one for OBD conversions and one for the Field VTEC controller. And I quote from their website:

"The Field SFC-VTEC harness has been designed by Group-A Autosports to be consumer friendly by offering easy and quick installation. The harness piggy-backs off the Skunk2 Racing ECU harness and includes color-coded bullet connectors that install without having to tap into the factory wiring. Skunk2 Racing Adapter harness is available for all 92-95, 96-99, 2000 + VTEC 4-cyl."

The Field part # is VT-H6. I have one in the box sitting on my desk in fornt of me...

Options auto salon and Lightning Motorsports can also get you the Field harness.

If you are having trouble tracking down a real Field harness, there is a guy on honda - tech.com that can make a harness for you with a plug to match your V-AFC. It is literaly plug-and-play. You don't even have to splice into the harness. The guy on h-t.com is named Kenji (his username is also Kenji...).
