I have a AEM intake and notice on hot days it still suck in hot air, no cold air. I thinking of putting bag of ice into front bumper so intake can suck in cold air even on hot days. I heard it adds another 30hp on really hot days because it still sucking in cold air. Anyone try this on their VTECH cars?

You are F'ing kidding right? This whole thread is a joke right??????
Okay, here is what you do to add 30+ HP on a hot day. Take your spark plugs out and pour COLD ICE WATER into each cylinder. Then pour about 10 L into your gas tank. Voila....... so fast you won't be able to see it move.
I'm seriously surprised that a veteran of the site would say something so laughable.
On an incredibly hot day, putting some ice where the air filter sucks air from might yeild a benifit, but you need to ask yourself a couple of things:
-How am I going to secure the ice so that it doesn't move, yet still allows air to blow through it?
-What happens if the ice melts?
-What happens if the ice melts and water vapour gets sucked into my inlet manifold?
You're better off just putting some ducting to your filter so that it is always sucking in cool(ish) air and not the heatsoaked air around it.
Tape the base to the intake pipe.
Which will give you a VTECH intake.
Take the hand set inside the car.
Follow instructions from Black is Wack and proceed to stick ice packs in your intake.
Use the hand set to activate the VTECH.
VTECH + Ice Packs = True VTECH Cold Air Inake.
Crazy mad horse power in your face!!!!!
Oh yea and I forgot to mention how to get a boost of additional power. Reroute your a/c to blow into the intake. That will super cool the ice packs making even more power.

I already did this mod but the blower motor doesn't put out enough airflow for it to matter. I'm thinking about putting 2 more blower motors into the car to add even more cold airflow so I can gain crazy horsepower.

no. I tried that but it really only makes like 5-7hp. You must add blow-off valve, then your Vtech hits twice as hard.
