Many possibilities I suggest you take it off again and put it all back on. And possibly a good idea to search around possibly someone around here or on google or preludepower might have an idea on whats wrong.

Are you sure it is the right clutch and correct alignment tool?

I have been spinning the flywheel this whole time and the engine is still in. Im almost at the point where im gonna drop the engine than put it all back up. im gonna try to walk it in with bolts very carefully first before i do that though. I've been tilting the trans up and down turning it left and right it just wont spline so i think tommorow im gonna try to get it to walk in.

rotate the trans a bit while you are trying to put it on, rotate the whole trans counterclockwise a bit, while pushing it in. just be patient, you shouldnt need to take the engine out to reinstall it.

I don't think you really want to walk it in. You just have to jiggle it. I've had the same issue putting mine in time and time again. It just has to be perfectly lined up. Rocking it left and right while you are applying a little presure to seat it. I've found it's easier with 2 people and from under the car while up on a lift. But we still had to rock it back and forth a little. I've never had to spin the flywheel.
