Transmission leak after clutch replacement

Hey guys i am new to the honda seen, wondering if any one could help me with an issue i am having. Alright here it goes. I just had the clutch replaced on my 98 SH picked it up from the shop yesterday everything seemed okay until just for the sake of checking i looking under the car and noticed that there was trans fluid leaking from what looks like where the trans bolts to the block. The shop is closed on weekends so i cant take it back till monday. Just wondering what you guys think. Thanks in advance.

Think you need to take it back and have them fix the leak!

Well if you're using actual MTF in your transmission and NOT motor oil then you should easily be able to tell what the leak is. If it's MTF then it's the mainshaft seal on the clutch housing, if it's oil then a rear main is possible, only 2 seals in that area.

The paper work says that they changed the rear main seal and I would asume they would have check main shaft seal since they had it off to replace the flywheel right? Thanks for the info guys. I have been checking it as I drive it and it looks like the leak is slowing down not sure if that matters or not but i will definitely be give the shop a call on monday

It's very easy to mess up the rear main seal if they didn't press it in properly, it could also be the rear end plate that the seal presses into. Outlined as #12 in this pic, it's just removed and sealed with Hondabond.
