Trans Problem

On my way to the track today I noticed an oil buring smell coming from my car. The track was closed so I did not do any racing, but when I returned home I looked under my car to find my trnasmission leaking right next to the drain plug. My questions are.

1. Does pressure build in the trans while driving which would cause the fluid to squirt out or is the drip it?
2. If so is it safe to drive with this leak for a couple of days?
3. Is there any way I can fix this myself?
4. How should I approach Honda less than a month after the install on work they said they would not warranty?

5sp.
I was thinking about this some more.
Last week I got an oil change and they checked the trans fluid. Could they have not tightened the drain or fill bolt tight enough causing the fluid to leak or squirt out??

Thanks

its worth going back and checking, they should tighten it for free, and if thats not the problem, then at least you can rule it out.
