TIRED of TIRE JIZZ on your rear bumper?!?! Check out my easy DIY!!

Hey guys. Got really sick of tire jizz aka tire shine hitting my rear bumper(no ****). So I decided to come up with an easy DIY. Below is a really simple instruction and some after pics. Hope this helps everyone!! This is a crappy writeup, but you get the idea.....

What you need:
- a pvc pipe about 3 feet
- hand saw
- black spray paint
- screw driver

How to do it:
Simply measure the distance you'd like your bumper to be pushed out from the bottom to the inside mud flap screw that is inside the wheel well and cut the pvc pipe.
Measure it a little long so you can go back and make adjustments as needed.
Unscrew the mudflap screw inside the wheel well slightly so that the pvc pipe can sit right under it, and then rest the other end of the pipe on the inside of the bumper, or rear lip. Once its the distance you like, hit it with some black spray paint so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. AND YOURE DONE! NO MORE TIRE JIZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!

PICS!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want to take a steamy hot **** on your idea, but why don't ya just let the tire foam settle on the tires a little longer, then take a clean microfiber and wipe off any excess?

I don't feel like two pvc pipes pushing the bumpers out is all that necessary. God for bid one slips out and becomes an 80mph nunchuck.

What are you like shining the tread or something? Using an entire can per tire? I only wipe it on to get a satin finish, the high gloss look to me is as bad as having 18" chrome wheels, just excessive.

why does everyone keep $hiting on this idea lol I am simply making a suggestion. And no, I have a slick sidewall on my falkens that doesn't hold the shine well lol

i still dont see why you would wedge something up in there just to keep the shine from getting all over.....try using a different product or wiping off the excess. i ran those same tires on mine and i didnt have that problem. i only use the higher gloss for shows/meets, regular tire foam for dd'n

Ok whatever lol I could care less if you or others choose to try this. It widened out the rear slightly and helps avoid something that many people get aggrivated with with light colored lures. It's all good lol JUST A SUGGESTION! !!!

this is just a suggestion. try find someway to mount the bars in there. i can see your logic and its a simple, yet affect solution. However from a saftey stand point, you need to secure the bars in there.
