Timing Belt Part Numbers

I've read that at some point (possibly in 2006) Honda changed the H22 timing belt part number from 14400-P13-004 to 14400-P13-014

However, I also read that the EPC states the latter of the two numbers is for 2000 and 2001 engines.

Can someone confirm for a fact that the part number changed and when exactly it did change? (This is opposed to it being the original part number for 2000-2001 engines, and was just retroactively applied to earlier engines.)

This matters to me because...it turns out my car has an engine from a 2001 and the timing belt p/n is 14400-P13-014. So, it would appear to have been changed in 2006, or later, which would save me some cash

just did my timing belt last week on a 97 lude. Timing belt the dealer ship gave me was 14400-p13-014. Thought this might help.

Thanks man. I know this is what they list as the part number now, I'm just wondering when they started using it. My engine is a 2001, but it has the belt that SUPPOSEDLY came out in 2006. It would be sweet if it's been changed...I'm doing some work on it, but my wallet is feeling thin :P

OK, I confirmed in the EPC that the one part number (14400-P13-004) was superseded by 14400-P13-014. However, I can't see when this happened.

I'd love to know when my timing belt was changed, but I guess I'll just suck it up and change it myself to be sure. Money grows on trees around here. :P
