Thats what I like to hear! You wont be sorry. Once you drive a 5sp prelude, you will wonder why honda ever bothered putting an automatic in it in the first place.

You'll be so much happier when your done with the 5spd. I guess it would be tough to sell the car with an auto now unless you can manage to buy a cheap auto tranny and just put it in then sell the car and buy a 5spd.

well i been thinking, im just going to sell the car. for what it would cost to do the manual swap, i could sell the car and get a 01 4dr Prerunner with less miles, i hate doing it, but it seems best IMO

What's to think about?

Four door truck vs. sport coupe... I know what I'd choose.

My dad has a 4 Runner... very very reliable truck *knock on wood* but I wouldn't want to own one

To each his own. Good luck with your final choice.

im a guy that likes all kind of cars, but the car has to be dones to the "fullest"

prelude-nice, clean, no ricer bull****
Z28-1/4 mile monster
cherokee-offroading beast
4dr tacoma-offroader

i owned the first three cars, prelude i still have and will probably change it to a manual, i had the z28 and the cherokee, both were fun the way i had them

Did you tell them it will most likely fail just like the first one? Show them the posts on this site that explain the auto tranny problems.
