Thrust Washers

My Thrust washers fell out one is mangled and the other one looks fine I guess the car has had this problem for a little while. I have only put 5,000 miles on this car since owning it, any opinions on what my next step should be the crank looks to be fine because as soon as I heard the first indication of noise comig from the block I stopped driving it. i really am trying to avoid buying a new engine right now times are hard oh and the car car is an SH.

Thats what everybody is telling me buy a new motor but when i pulled everything down hard to belive by looking at the picture that there was barely any metal in the oil and the metal that was there was so fine u had to take a magnet to the bottom of the drain pan for it to stick. The block walls look fine no scrathes or groove and the crank looks great am considering getting a h22a anyways just wanted some opinions

Don't respond to anything Jagass says. He's a spammer.
