LOL. Trust me you don't want stiffer springs, that will make your problem worse.

bump.

Is it really true stiffer springs will make you wander all over the road? i have some tanabes but they are bit soft for me. when im taking highway on ramps i get some body roll and it feels terrible. my old del sol had stiff ebay springs on skunk2 struts and there was minimal body roll and i felt much more confident taking the on ramps. i was searching for stiffer springs when i came upon this. can anybody shed additional light on this? i dont really mind a stiff ride but thats prolly because im still young ha ha

You would want springs that compliment your shocks. If your shocks are blown, no amount of stiffness will help.

I really like my neuspeed sport spring, they are stiff and perfect for daily driving.

I can send you picture of the drop if you want.

are they brand new? give them some time to settle and break in.

i got them with the car. they are the tanabe gf210 and its 1" in the front and .8" in the rear and allegedly 20-30% stiffer than oem. they are mounted on oem struts. its a smooth ride but im willing to sacrifice for the very rare occasion i take them on ramps. i need teh stiffness!

That's what I have on now. I haven't noticed too much body roll. Well I'm also not on my OEM struts. I'm actually surprised they're the gf210's because your car seems to be pretty low. Oh yeah..I still don't get your user name.

ha ha my car is NOT low. i hate it. i would love to be tuckin .5" even if driving sucks. i think slammed cars look clean. here is a pic of the 4x4 i drive

[IMG][/IMG] it looks like a tank next to my buddys slammed gsr.

i dont have a good pic of the gap between my wheels but in the rear its horrendous like 3-4 finger gap. it drives me nuts.

heres another pic of the gsr so you can hate ha ha
[IMG][/IMG]

my username? ahhh well, have you ever had to make an account and could not think of a good user name? then after going through all your choices you pick the dumbest one ha ha. i should have used bignutdave or something ha ha jk

GSR looks clean. I would have liked to been a little lower myself but I'm fine with it now. Slammed+PA roads = seriously messed up Apexi WS2.

the gsr is SLAMMED like 3-4" of clearance on the front bumper with no lip. his header is so banged up its costing him power. 2 of the bottom "pipes" are smashed in half. like the pipes have half the the airflow of a good header. but it looks badass

the front camber is ridiculous lol. like7-8* negative camber. his tires wear very quickly. even after installing a camber correction kit, it still has way too much negative camber. but he doesnt wanna give up the slammed life yet. hes having too much fun. he can stop but he doesnt want to. he'll stop when he wants too. just one last cruise.....

ha ha just messin around. im just bored with no work
