Tein Vs Progress

i dont ever see many posts about the progress coil overs but i have heard here and there that they are very good, i was just wondering if any of you have had any experience with them or know someone who has ?? price wise the tein and the progress are very close, so i was just wondering if anyone knows which ones are really better ?? thanx guyz

If I had to do it all over again I would get Progress. Tien's are rebuildable within the US and you'll have to spend bank to send it back over seas to get them rebuilt. Progress from all that I've seen is a very good tuning company and their setup looks very nice. Probally better than the Tien's if you compare them directly. Plus Progress probally coats their stuff better so it doesn't rust like a mofo!

But overall, the main reason why people probally get the Tien's is that they're from Japan and they're a bit cheaper. Though some need to learn that Japan does not equal better.

I've been trying to get Progress coilovers for my 5th gen for probably about a year. I keep getting emails that they are a future product. If you want a good setup based on Koni yellows call OPM Motorsports in Ga I believe. www.opmmotorsports.com They produce a suspension setup that is application specific, custom valving shortened struts etc. If I were not trying to sell my car I'd have their setup on it. I currently run stock koni with gc 450/400
