Tein HA or SS?

Planning to get Tein's but I don't know which is better HA or SS? or for that matter, what is the difference? Right now my suspension is alright but my shocks have been giving me trouble so i want to change them. Any advice?

thanks

HA: 12k/8k springs and helper springs
SS: 8k/4k springs without helper spring

I have the SS myself through a big mix up in which I made some money off of Anyways, the HAs have the potential to be stiffer, and the SS has the potential to be softer because it kinda all depends on what damper settings you use.

I love my HA's, the ride isn't unbearable. If you really want a comfortable ride, get the SS since they're designed for street.
