Tanabe Hyper Medalion? SH?

Do they make it for the Prelude SH?

Prelude Parts only lists the base

No, but you can have it modified to fit SH. Just take it to a muffler shop and have them cut about 3" off the b-pipe and re-weld it. I did it with my G-Power Medallion.

Hmm sounds like a lot of work.... I'll think about it cause this exhaust costs more than enough as it is.

dude, don't sweat it, its a 20 dollar job at any muffler shop. I had to do the same thing on my Border III
