LOUD DEEP TOO LOUD TOO DEEP. It's the type of exhaust that will wake your neighbors at the end of the block up when you enter 3 blocks away into your neighborhood.

I've heard it before, it's deep and the loudness is medium. A little louder than the Greddy Evo. The same goes for all other Tanabe products, high quality, deep sound, awesome looks.

Personally, I love how the DTM looks on 5th generation Preludes.

---Edit--- It's still not as loud as my RM though! =D

i'd the hell out of you if i could.. i have the dtm medallion and i love it. it's definitely nice and deep, and although not quiet, i don't think it's excessively/obnoxiously loud...on some days (i think colder days) it tends to be a bit louder...

Its not that loud at all.........................
However, it is deeper then most exhausts, and only gets loud at WOT. My headers made it alot softer. Overall, i have had my tanabe DTM for like 3 yrs and I like it..............

I love my Tanabe DTM, looks, quality, and sound are top notch. It is very deep, and loud, but not too loud. It is great cause it wont be raspy and obnoxious. It will wake people up, my mom and sister alwyas complain, but what would they know about our hobby anyway!!

I used to have one when i had my WW RS kit and I thought it was one of the best looking exhausts. The reason I got rid of it was because I personally don't think it looks too great without a rear skirt such as the WW RS or the Honda OEM rear skirt. As far as loudness, I thought it was very deep, definaltey not obnoxious. I have since switch to a Tanabe RM and THAT is LOUD without the silencer. Well, I've never heard it WITH the silencer, but nonetheless, it's LOUD.

I use to have the Tanabe DTM. I replaced it with the Thermal exhaust for two reasons. The primary reason was it was way too loud. I even tried Dynamatting the trunk are to reduce the noise. It didn't help very much. The second reason for the switch is it started to rust.

In my opinion, Tanabe DTM is one of the loudest exhausts out there for the 5th gen, if not the loudest.

In my opinion this is the best looking exhaust for Preludes. I have had mine for a year now and I love it...looks and sounds great and have had no problems with it...definately high quality. I would reccomend it in a second.
