will this engine drop perfectly in my car what will i have to change for around a grand is this a good buy i need opinions and thoughts please

It will drop in but you need to search in threads about the fact this engine is basically an obd1 motor (yes I know japan doesn't use obd1 rules per se).

There is plenty of information on this subject. You aren't the first one to put a jdm motor into a 5th gen and ask about it.
