Swap q's...again, im sorry! :)

I am planning on buying a super high mile 97-01 lude and dropping a h22a s into it. I found a link to a kit from hmotorsonline.com ( http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30018) that has the engine, clutch, lsd...everything. Im just wondering what snags im going to run into. Im planning on taking a week off work to do this as a project with my pops a few buddies.
Q's
-If i bought an automatic could i just take it out and bolt the lsd up or do i have to buy an sh?
-Even if i had an SH will the LSD still bolt right up? will i need to buy anything else since its coming out of a rhd or am i all set?
-Out through the top or drop it through the bottom?
-What will i have to do with the ECU if anything?
-Am i just way over my head and should give up now (please no!!! I am def a novice but i have always loved cars and ill take whatever time i need to get it done right, Promise!)
Im sure you have heard this all before and if there is a thread with all this just link it and ill shut up .
Thanks in advance!

(side note, new to this forum but iv been reading alot and this is by far the most constructive forum of all time. I dont think iv seen a single troll or put down which is amazing. gg mods!!!)
