Suspension Setup

I have heard 450lbs (F) and 550lbs (R) is a good balanced setup for a mixture of autocross and some dabbling on the road course. I just want to get some feedback, if others have some opinions on this, or they have had other settings that have worked well for them.
I appreciate your input

Im running an Eibach Pro-Kit and Bilstein setup. Works great. It's a progressive spring, so it's a little more comfy than a linear spring. I AutoX every month, with an occasional track day. It's been a very good setup for me.

The GroundControl / Koni Yello0w setup is quite popular here as well.

Soem like the Tein setups, but I find most of them too "bumpy".

But like others have said. DO a search, this stuff has been covered a thousand times.
