Thank you man honestly thanks alot. That info really does help. I want my suspension to last as long as it possibly can I want the parts on my car now to last another 10 years. Im not into the whole droping my car down low scene and that stuff it just gets you a fine. I will be reading all of that tonight and studying that through out the week. there is something in that link i posted about a rebuild cycle for coilovers, might want to read that.

i'll want my koni's to last forever once i get them, because suspension is a ***** to do alone, lol.

I had it easy while installing coilovers it was pre assembled the whole spring compressor thing looks like its expensive and getting the right spring rate looks like a biatch!

eh, after doing 1 spring i decided the compressor was optional. It's a rental tool here, so you get a 100% refund. i only used the compressor once.

yeah i don't have any clue about the spring rates either. i was just gonna order them with the standard rate they came with.
I'm tempted to just buy some coilovers since they are only a little more expensive and seem like less of a hassle.

installing coilovers onto koni isn't going to be less of a hassle. kraserk's coilovers were a matched set and came put together.

again lilredlude you get the best of things you basta#d lol. no one trusts anyone here. if anyone had a shop which you could rent things you will be out of business in less than a month. Coilovers where easy to install but if you learn how to put the springs onto the struts etc yourself you will feel good about yourself and you will have learnt something that actually is worth learning and you can use what you have learnt later on in life. I went with coilovers because they were cheap on special! and they're adjustable and the spring rates are done for me already the list goes on. Go with what you feel is great for you!

i got them from the parts store. we have autozone, checker, and advance autopart. you pay full price when you pick them up, but you get a full refund if you return them within 48hrs.

FYI, There are GC's and Konis made specifically to work with each other. Make sure you don't just buy the regular ones, if you plan on getting both.
