suspension question

hi fellow prelude heads, quick question for yaalll. I have an 97' prelude Sh and wanting to desperately lower my car! there's a member on So-Cal prelude selling brand new ground controls coilovers at a tempting price and i wanted to make sure what else i needed before buying these. I did some searching and found out that suspension w/ with the Sh is a little tricky. will these kyb shocks go with the or rather will these kyb shocks go w/ almost any springs thanks! i'll appreciate everyones inputs.

Three questions for ya
1) What are the spring rates of the ground controls?
2) What shock are they for, Koni or something else?
3) Do you care a lot about performance/how much money do you have to spend?

Ground Control Coilovers are good coilovers.....just make sure you get some great shocks to go wit it. Koni, or such. I have had those coilovers on my lude for about a year and a half and no probelms, and ride feels sturdy and fine....Car has been sitting for about 7 months now and i noticed 1 side has sagged down alittle.......in all i say get em
