I plan to install Neuspeed Sports and KYB shocks this weekend and I was curious if there is anything I will need other than the shocks and springs and a tools to do the install? Are there any other parts that I should replace while in there?
Thanks

I would replace the cotter pins from the castle nuts while you are in there. I read that they can be reused, but when I did my springs, I had a tough time gettin them all back in and they were pretty rusty. I ended up replacing them a couple weeks later. All ludes have them in the back and SH's have two in the front from the radius arm that needs to be removed. Just a thought.

If you have a base model you don't need to remove any cotter pins (even in the back). For the back all you have to do is loosen the 2 bolts that hold in the upper control arm.
even if u have the SH u dont have to take out anything but the flange bolts i actually got around it with my trusty hammer.. just get creative and it will work.. cuase taking out the ball joint and shiet takes up alot of time... and u could do somthing wrong.
which requires the removal of the ball joint in the back. Plus I have an SH so I had the joints in the front also. This install worked well for me. It took me and my buddy 3 hours to install all 4 springs. If you do remove the ball joint, you will need the pitman arm puller as explained in the write-up. It only costs $5-$10 at any auto parts store. Just tryin to look out for my fellow luder.
