Stock sides skirts to OEM side skirts.

Hey people, hows it going?

My question is regarding the 5th gen OEM side underspoilers. I bought mine new and in the sealed box there were no clips or anythings.... so i asume i use the clips and screws from the stock side skirts to mount the new ones?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah that should be fine. I believe the front lip came with some double-sided sticky tape and a couple screws. Same thing for the sideskirts. If not, I think Honda has something for it... not too sure. It's been a while.

Yeah I have the OEM frot lip, it came with all the stuff needed. Just the sides skirts came with no hardware and the skirts came directly fron honda so i guess i use the clips and screws from the stock sides.

Thanks.

you should have all the hardware needed. where did you order it from. as for the front lip... it's held by 10 bolts and the double sided tape. the side skirts are held by two self tapping screws and like 8 clips total? the rear is a few clips. you should have all of that with the package... make sure they are there, if not call the place you ordered it from and get those pieces from them.

hondaautomotiveparts.com has the installation file for the sideskirts which tell you what you need to keep and reuse etc and how to mount them if that helps

haha i know this has nothing to do with OEM sideskirts, but i just wanted to let you know that my mugen sides are held on only by double sided tape yup yup, no bolts/screws here, and when bryan (blk97ludesh) went to his uncles shop to get them repainted, it took us over 30 minutes to pry them off my car hahahah.......so i guess the moral of my story is to not sweat over not having "all" of the bolts
