Hate to tell you BUT the Neuspeed bars for 5th gen are only available in 25mm both front and rear. They stopped supplying them in 28mm due to a problem with them tearing the mounts out of the frame on 4th gens and some 5th gens as well.
BTW: the Neuspeed rear bar is terrific.

Anyone who has the ST rear sway bar do you find the rear end sliding out easily even when you dont want it to?

Ludes,

I "think" the ST bar is solid while our stock is hollow as well, which explains the MAJOR improvement in our handling.

I've driven a Lude w/ST bars and the handling felt quicker and firmer. I wasn't driving it HARD so can't tell u if it'll cause u to lose ctrl or anything. However, it did eliminate some under-steer!

BTW- where do u plan to get it from? Cuz I've been looking into one as well but haven't found a good price. I was also told that ST is treating the bars on a "order and we'll make them" basis!

Maybe we could get them together since ur in NJ and I'm in NY for a better deal? Let me know what u think?

I'm only looking to get the REAR BAR, FYI!

I still have yet to meet someone that had a problem with the 28mm Neuspeed bars. I never had a problem with mine, even with very stiff suspension and racing.

I just curious why the ST rear sway bar is like half the price of the neuspeed one?? I assume you perfer the neuspeed since you have/had it......... what advantages does the neuspeed offer over the ST sway bar.....and is it worth the price difference?
Thanks in Advance

I prefer my Neuspeed bar because it's the older 28mm design. I might be willing to part with it for the right price.

I like the Neuspeed bar because it comes with new brackets. Other than that, there aren't many differences. I would be curious to find out the differences in the materials used to make each one.

Well I seen the Neuspeed bar and i have the ST bars on my floor. From just visual observation i dont think there is a difference. They both look like good quality and both are powder coated. May be the only difference is in the way the metal was forged or elements that are part of the metal... i dunno i'm talking outa ma asso

Well the type of metal used can have a huge affect on the cost and/or performance. Try pricing Titanium rods vs. 4130 Chromoly rods. They look the same, but there is a definite difference.

Im gonna try and get in on that groupbuy listed in the classified section of po.com... evoturbo or turboevo is offering them for $125 shipped!!! which is a great price i dont think you will find them any cheaper... That price is just for the rear sway which is all most people want but the entire kit front and rear is $225 shipped i think... the ST rear sway is on back order til feb 1st but email evoturbo now and ask him to include on the buy so he can have more shipped to him...

True, I have never had a problem with mine either. Although it is increasingly harder to find one now days.

When I bought my 28 off of carparts.com I had the $100 discount and still paid somewhere around 250-300 shipped... I think it is worth it though. It is a very nice addition...
