I think you're crazy, if you've seen the perforated leather upholstery in the Canadian 'ludes I don't know how you could possibly prefer the look or feel of cloth. It's like comparing steak to pork chops.

SH side have a tiny bit of texture. Also, I remember test driving a base lude and it had little mud guards on the sides. That must just be an option the previous owner had.
