Stand Alone or Another Shop...?

I have a 99 prelude that has been driving me crazy with a TDC code that so far three shops haven't been able to fix... It all started when I had the original blown engine replaced with a JDM ODB1 H22, the first shop thought they did the swap correct transfering all the parts needed from my original engine to the JDM in order to keep the car ODB2.. but the engine since the swap after warming up goes into limp mode giving me a top rpm of around 3200. The first shop gave up there sending me on my way with a crap running car and a nice bill... in comes shop number two which tracks down the problem to what they believe is a timing issue... which they give up on after taking off the timing cover and poking around a little. Shop 3 tells me pretty much the same thing saying that I have the wrong timing gear but they cant track down the right one for me... all three shops say the motor runs great with the exception of the code kicking. This puts me at a crossroad... should I give another shop a chance or go with the AEM series 2 stand alone and just work around the TDC code..? Any sugestions will be greatly appreciatated.. thanks

During the first ny asian escort century the Romans came and ruled Britain. They brought ny asian escorts with them many of their festivals and customs. One of these was the festival know as Pomona Day,named for their god ny escorts dess of fruits and gardens. It was celebrated around the 1st of November. After hundreds of years of Roman rule the Celtic's ny escort Samhain festival and the Roman Pomona Day mixed becoming one important autumn holiday.

I don't believe the crank pulleys have been changed over. What is needed to make the swap? Does the engine need to be dropped? Do all three pulleys/gears need to be changed and where is the crank sensor located? thanks for the help.

cps is in the obd2 oil pump that has to swap over and then you need the obd2 distibutor, and then the crank pulley, there is only one crnakl pulley it will have ruibs on it for alternatior, ac and ps.
