stage 1 or stage 2 difference
on some website it said that u can get either stage 1 cams or stage 2 cams, what is the difference? and which is better for turbo? any recommendations

Most stage 2 cams are more aggressive giving all n all more hp, but require retainers and springs for most of them which cost about $300 or more i would think.
