SS Class Action Lawsuit??

Anyone get a notice in the mail about this. I got one today about a class action lawsuit taking place in California that is supposed to be decided on by the end of this year. Holla.

The settlement is just going to be a warranty increase by 9000 miles and 9 months for those of us that hasn't had a failure. No much.

So this class action won't really help those of us who have already had to replace their SS, But I'm all for helping those who haven't had their's fail

The notice also applies to my 2001 Honda Accord, but because of a similar lawsuit, I have a lifetime warranty on my transmission, so this one does me no good.

I got it too. I don't have the mailer in front of me, but i think it's only good for certain model year hondas and have not yet reached 109,000 miles. I'm already at 120,xxx so this is useless to me as well.

Yeah I believe it is only for 2000-2001 Preludes with less than 109000 miles. For those that have not failed it just extends the warranty. For those that have I believe that it will pay the costs the were incurred etc etc.
