I have searched and see various post on this topic. Some say you want you rears to be higher than the front, others say they were engineered high in the front lower in the rear for a reason.
Now ive heard stock OTS GC springs come with 380/275 F/R. I could not find what the stock spring rates of the Base and SH springs are because I read as a DD you dont want to go more than 2x your stock spring rate.
Another issue ive been trying to find good answer from is the koni yellow sports vs the (nuespeed) SP3's. I read this in a post:
Quote:
The Neuspeed SP3 special made KONIs have an additional 20 mm droop limiter or rebound stop and thabe 5 spring perch circlip grooves but the valving is exactly the same as the KONI Sport. The rebound stop will help if you have a lowering spring that is short enough that when the car is jacked up and the shock is at full droop, it can reduce the possible tendency for the spring to fall out of it's upper spring seat if there is not enough preload. Once the car is on the ground, there is no length benefit of the SP3 over the Sport. Regading the circlip grooves, the normal KONI Sport usually has tow grooves on the front (stock and lower) and the rears usually have three (raised, stock and lower). The Neuspeeds have five grooves: 15 mm above stock, 7 mm above stock, stock, 7 mm below stock and 15 mm below stock.

Is this true? i thought all koni's are 5-way adj. not 3... and if this is the case how is the SP3's not better if they are 5-way adj vs 3-way...
