these aren't new. The spoon header is only the top part, and the exhaust Mr. Riceadvisor used to have, it's only a muffler, it looks nice.

Yeah i just did some more research and it seem there are no prelude products @ www.Spoon-Sports.com or at www.spoon.jp

But i havent tried calling or getting a hold of inline four or R&D.....

Are these products still available?
If so what kind of gains can i expect from the thiner head gasket?
Would it be noticeable?
Any one please help
Thanks
Jeff

You won't see a dramatic increase with these products.

Since the header is only the top part and was intended to mate to the jdm down pipe. Supposely it increases low/mid range torque. Spoon wanted to increase the prelude's everyday driveablility.

As for the Spoon axleback, it sounds pretty good. Very low key exhaust. As for gains, I'm not sure.

The header is discontinued, and I suspect the axleback is as well. Since everything from Spoon for the BB6 is discontinued. But it wouldn't hurt to ask, there must be one lying around somewhere.

The Spoon headgasket is thinner because it's made to raise your compression.

Noooooo....! For real! Didnt I mention that earlier?
What I was asking is what the expected gains are from this mod. If anyone can answer that, please let me know, thanks.
