Soggy trunk(checked the drain tubes)

so all the crap in my trunk gets soggy after it rains and I have standing water by the spare tire and the rear seats are very slightly damp.I checked the drain tubes and all seem to be flowing just fine.I even checked the seal where the tube connects to the rear bumper itself and that was bone dry. Any ideas?

I had an issue with quite a bit of water getting into the right hand side of the trunk when it rained. It ended up being the spoiler wasn't sealed up entirely, and water would get in through the cable hole. I don't know exactly how your spoiler wires up, but maybe worth a look.

Hmm ill take a look but my spoiler doesn't have a cable hole because my spoiler has no 3rd brake light.also my spoiler has been on my car since october and it never had that problem before.more than likely the harsh indy winter bruitilized the taillight weatherstripping.thanks though.it'll be the next thing I check if the seals look ok.
