I've never really understood why you would want yellow fog lamps, but many people here seem to be keen on them... So there you go!

yellow is one of the best colors for fog as well as crappy weather. I'm not sure why but it is just easier on the eyes and you can see better. Then again the JDM "fogs" are actually driving lights, so take your pic....

I have heard the the bulbs can fade in as little as six months, plus this will protect the glass from rock chips.

depending on the coating they can fade fast. I've got some green wedge bulbs and they have a burn mark on (paint is baked). And these bulbs are only a few watts, I can't imagine what 55 watts would do to it.

fog light don't work on fog, technically.

what you really need is a driving light. Or, fog light with lower wattage/output, like 35 watt.

my JDM Fogs already look yellow compared to the E46 HID's an they're stock bulbs in the fogs! if I were goin to make them look yellower, then I'd just get the bulbs....I don't want them to look yellow ALL the time, only when the lights are on :: they look better clear

so is this just a cover that goes over the JDM Fogs? or are they foglights themselves and what size fits the 5th gens?

I don't look at my balls too much, but I'll let you know if anything about them changes, Henry.
