So what should I do next

So I resently got a 98 lude base modle, I got it for cheap because the guy I bought it from was a tard, it has a vafc(and was running rich) and it had a really bad oil leak so the guy thought the engine was burning oil and thought it needed to be replaced. Anyway what my question is what should I do now, the car already has a injen cyborg intake, dc ceramic 4-2-1 header, high flow cat and meagan cat back. It has a vafc which was wired wrong but I'm fixing that now. It also has magnacore wires, and a msd ingnition(not currently hooked up). It has tein coilovers but they need to be replaced. On my todo list is new performance plugs, and a good tune on a dyno. I would like to turbo but I dont have the money quite yet, I was just wondering what else I could do to increase my performance more(test pipe, fuel additives, fuel rail, no2) what do you guys recommend I do, and what should I stay away from

What are you planning on doing with it? Drag, autocross, DD?

another thing that i was wondering was that before i fixed the vafc the car was running really rich so i would have this black carbon build up on the back of the car, and on the inside of the exhaust, the muffler is messed up so i was thinking of replacing it, but sense it is caked on the inside with the carbon should i replace the entire exhaust system including the header or can i get away with just replacing the muffler?
