Smoking

I have a 97 lude, 208k miles with rebuilt head and tranny. Runs smooth, everything works as it should...

BUT its smoking a LOT! Usually at idle, or upon revving it. Also on take off. It smokes excessively...

I've changed PCV valve..it was sucking oil. No fix. Ran compression, got 190 190 200 220. Those are alright #s? Pulled plugs, had no oil on them or wires, assumed seals are good. Plugs were orange, which is excessive heat or acceleration...no idea on that.

Help! I have no idea what yo check, and I'm about to bring into shop if I can't figure out.
