I can help on this one =)

I had this problem i thought it was my poewr windows so was gonna change the window motor ( mine was really really bad embarassing too) anyways i went to honda and asked a serviceman if he can fix it he said they can grease the window channels? or something and then clean it then regrease it ? and he wants 89.99 for it eh so i asked the guy i know there who works at Honda World he said he'll do it for nothing they used 3M Silicone Grease i saw the bottle they did it on both Passanger and driver side windows and the moonroof =) and wow all i can say that its good as new now =P just have to regrase every 6 months for optimum performance that is if it rains alot or the windows get in contact with water =) well hope that helps oh and one more tip if u are going to get ur car serviecd at honda just ask them to lubricate the windows its a free service when ur getting ur car serviced well hope that helps later =P

Joon, could you please tell me where exactly i should spray the silicone. Remove the door panel? Thanks.

Can someone be more specific please . I searched before and read "spray silicone on the window track", but i'm still confused. When u say "track" do u mean the "glass run channels", front/rear channels, regulator, or all of the above? (Ref. Helms 20-2,3). Note this requires removing the door panel to access.
