Sigh....another thread asking for help with vibration

Ok, I did a search and realized that cold weather does great things to our cars. Well I have one that I need help on. I have a 01 with 44,9xxx miles with an automatic. I have only standard bolt-ons - intake / header / exhaust. Recently, it has gotten colder and I am starting to feel vibrations coming from my exhaust. It vibrates really bad near the cat (below the driver / passenger seating area, feels like the car falling apart) and also in the end of the exhaust after the muffler (resonating sound). I checked to see if there were any bolts broken or loose, and could not find any. It happens mainly when I am around 2100 - 2300 rpm, and sometimes when I am idling. My friend and I parked my car and kept it in neutral and accelerated to around 2100 rpm and it did not vibrate. What do you think it is? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
