side mirrors heating problem

Winter made me think about the problem I've actually had since I bought my 5th gen. prelude - side mirrors heating didn't work. I didn't care much at the beginning as I was going to replace the original mirrors with those from the new european accord which in my opinion suit the prelude body much better /somebody interested, I could drop a line/.
Unfortunately, the heating still doesn't work despite the fact the wiring has been checked and everything including the LED indicators /wiring led from the fenders/ works perfectly.
Is there any separate fuse responsible for this or maybe I should check something else?

You can check the following:

Under Dash Fuse/ Relay Box #9
Under Hood Fuse/ Relay Box #32 / #33

I know that in Canada, people were having issues with the switch going bad.

Checked the fuses once again, negative. It may be the switch as you said. If only i didn't have to remove the door panel again... It's not that difficult, but still a pain in the ass.
