Should i partout or sell my car whole?

Hey guys i have a 99 ss and my transmission went out. I am wondering wether i should sell my whole car or part it out which would i get the most money from. honestly how much would someone pay for a lude with a burnt tranny not to mention the hood needs work from a wreck. Does anyone here have any input it would really help me out. thanks

Are you competent on disassembling an entire car, and do you have proper tools?
Also do you have the storage space to warehouse all the parts until sold?

The most important parts would obviously be the motor, suspension, including the 5-lug hubs, brakes, and interior. However, keep in mind that these are all bulky items that are expensive to ship. Depends on your location, if you're in an area w/o high demand for prelude parts, you're better off selling it as a whole, or better yet, replace the tranny to sell or keep.
