should i get these KONI's???

somebody i know from another forum (www.superhonda.com)is selling his 8 month old neuspeed koni yellows to me and they have 10k - 12k miles on em'. what do u all think? we've made a deal on 330 shipped, and i just wanted to see what ur opinions on it are. will they last me another 40-50k miles? any other info would be apreciated... thanx!

p.s. - i trust the kid, so i don't gotta worry about getting ripped off!

thats a great deal on them... when they run about $580 shipped... just make sure they are the neuspeed/koni shocks

I would never buy used stuff ... sorry that personal preference... just save 200 bucks man and you have new ones with no problems !!!

they are 5way in the front and 3 in the rear. is that the neuspeed?

the neuspeed/koni shocks i got directly from neuspeed... came with 5 perches in front and 5 in rear

Check out honda prelude.com there are some guys selling their konis for about the same price w/ less miles.
I dont think there should be any problems w/ used konis unless they are abused. My friend has had his konis for almost 60000 miles and they are still in great condition. He drives his car hard too............
Used parts are great! You get them at a great price and generally they provide the same function as new parts unless they were abused and neglected.................
