Hi there!
I have shifting problems... new synchros, new bearings, new Exedy clutch, new Slave cylinder... sometimes when i put my 3rd gear, popped out or worse still, enter the 5th gear ... i hate this gearbox!
Now i search new shifter bushings, in stainless steel or bronze like TWM... HELP ME.. pleaseeee....
hey bosco, i havent seen you around in a while! did you do the work yourself? Im going to guess its internal (i.e.: synchro) if your linkage isnt torn up.

Thank you for the info, no the gearbox has been rebuild from a my friend, also the engine... this problem was verified before and after the rebuild...
If this was a problem before the rebuild, then there might be a bent shift fork. However if you friend undertook the task of a trans rebuild, I'd think he'd know how to inspect and diagnose a bent fork and know to replace it.
If the issue is a bent or improperly installed shift fork, all you need to do is replace it or reinstall it properly, but you won't know the issue until you have someone who knows what they're doing tear it apart and figure out exactly what it is.

Thank you for all informations.
Yes could be a bent fork, but the benk fork cause poppin'out gears and shifing problems at high revs?
Or at low rpm and a low speed maybe i have shifting problems with a bent fork??
I've never experienced a bent fork myself so I cannot tell you exactly what happens, but from a general consensus of other people I've known, it seems like you would have a shift fork issue. You really need to just tear it open to see, but you also need to know what to look for--something I can't help you as I've never even seen the inside of a manual trans in person. Look forward to that soon though.
