Seat Options (Custom Covers/Race Seats)

Hey, my lude is a 98 and I just got it painted, so the outside is FLAWLESS... and I couldn't be more happy with it (pics coming soon) but the two front seats in the car are starting to show some age... I guess the perfect paint makes it stand out more...

Anyway, I was thinking about getting a custom cloth job (I don't like leather, I have it in my '00 Tiburon, and It makes my ass sweat.... )

Anyway, I was thinking custom cloth for the front and rear seats, or maybe race seats? But Ive heard that they aren't comfortable... plus the 'good ones' are expensive as hell.... I just want something that is nice looking and somewhat durable, nothing thats going to look 'old' after a few months.

Any idea what custom cloth would cost front and rear? Suggestions on that and/or race seats?

Thanks...

I'd go for race seats. Although the stock seats has nice side bolsters, I would prefer to have higher side bolsters for the leg.
Racing seats are expensive. Stay away from Corbeau seats, their fabric isn't durable. I had them on my 00 Si. You definetly need to go with reclinable seats, that's my guess because you are into comfort. Although some bucket seats are a bit cheaper than reclinables. Go for either Sparco Torinos, Milanos or Bride Ergos or Recaro SRDs. These are nice reclianble race seats with good fabric for durability. Remember, you get what you pay for.

You can get the sparco torinos for about 599 a piece i think.....try www.modacar.com, i think they have them for that price. The recaros on the other hand are like 800 a piece and the brides, well they get into the thousands. just to let you know that the sparcos arent that expensive.

I bought 2000 base seats front/back for 300+300shipping freight company from texas

BUT it was worth it, my car is a 98 too and it looks so much cleaner now instead of that orange stitch design on the 97-98 ludes, I never liked them.

I am trying to get rid of 98 seats now, anyone ?
