yes, it will bolt directly one as long as teh wheel is an ap1. If the wheel is ap2, then the wheel itself will still fit however the airbag will not. If yuou have an ap2 wheel, you can take the airbag out of an ap1 wheel and install it or you can take the airbag out of a DC5 wheel and use that, however if you do that you need to strip the airbag retainer mount from the wheel and use it on the s2k one. All the parts fit, although if you use a DC5 airbag inm the s2k wheel(whether ap1 or ap2) yopu will need to drill the rivet holes again to mount the horn actuator so that you will still have horn as they are slighlty different from wheel to wheel.

if you look into my h23vtec thread you will see how i put on a ap2 wheel with the ap1 cruise and airbag; then i took the DC5 airbag and guts and put it all into the ap2 wheel.

easy stuff if you are mechnic ally inclined and have some tools. I needed a drill and ri et gun to get the horn mount back into the ap2 wheel.
