+45mm with stock size tires is what i did and its fine. actually i am using the stock tires now untill i melt them off, no sense in wasting a perfectly good tire when you can do burnouts with them right?

NO rings here-and I've had the car up to 100++ and I haven't noticed anything unusual.

Yeah, no problem - I'll take pictures as soon as I get them on, they should be here tomorrow (Wednesday). I'll just need someone to host the photos for me . . . .

Just promise not to make fun of my filthy/salty/muddy car . . . . . Snow in April sucks. That's New Hampshire weather for you, though - last week it was 90+ for like 4 days straight. I bought an air conditioner for my apartment. Yesterday we got about 3 inches of snow, and it's about 40 degrees out now.

there is a lot of uneven tire wear but thats cause i am trying to melt the stockies off so i can get new tires while still feeling justified that i used all of my stock tires. the car is lowered with h&r sports and from that i did have a little wearing on the inside on the front but the rear was fine. im looking for a camber kit right now that isnt a whole new upper arm cause i dont need that much adjustability and dont really wanna drop 150 x 2 for the average upper arm replacement kit. why couldnt it be the rear then i could go to home depot and buy new bolts and washers and be done with it. hope that answers your q

well i was just wondering if getting 45 mm offset rims with stock tire size will cause uneven tread wear because I want to get some of those rims in that size. oh, and also i have a stock suspension.

i have volk le-37t on the way right now, 18 x 7.5 in gunmetal w/ polished lip, but im gonna order either some subzeros or slipstreams in 16x7 and get some nice drag radials so whenever i go to the track or out street racing I can bolt these up and not lose any performance. I think im gonna get gunmetal or silver or black...OR bronze i cannot decide. What do you guys think
Slipstreams or Subzeros and what color ?

i never used any hub rings on my rims, and ive been using stock size tires on my rims too its looks pretty good i dont really want to feel everything in the road and risk messing up my rims with smaller profile tires im using 205-50-16 right now and the ride feels so good even if i got an uneven drop (front is lower than rear) but when i do drop the front all the way down thats when it starts bouncing, damn 18in subzeros weighing only 18 lbs...i dont think itll be able to hold the beast

Do any of you think that running 225/50/16 on the 16 x 7 Subzeros is out of the question? They are +45 offset and I have coilovers.

Is anyone here running that tire size on these wheels?

That's a pretty big tire (diameter wise) - you might want to consider 225/45-16.

As far as the width goes, it should be fine.

they offer the subzeros in 16 by 7 in 45mm offset? I was told they only offered that rim in in that size in a 40 mm offset. The slipstreams are offered in 45 mm in that size tho.... where did you get your subzeros if they were 45 mm?
