Rim Question

I bought a set of AP1 rims and noticed 1 rim has 2 holes that are bigger than the rest of em.

Would this affect driving? etc.

i think just getting a washer would do the trick, yeah?

because it looks like 2 of the 5 washers or middle fill broke off or were removed.
