I'm gonna side with Solid on this one-Its far easier to import one-All you really need is a rolling chassis, from my experience with importing mini's this is the best bet because you don't have to go through and DMV stuff, just source a Junk yard over seas get a car that doesn't run then you can mark the shipment as car "PARTS" and not have to worry about an inspection then when you get it state side you can have your way with it just extending some wiring in the engine bay to make your US H22 mate with the Euro or JDM wiring harness, then swap vins and ba-da bing your rolling RHD this will be far less complicated and you will have strong factory welds along with all the JDM/Euro garb to make us jealous. as for the left overs, you can sell Lude parts on EBay and and make some money back or save for a Turbo-then you'd be super pimp.

Check these guys out they have a RHD conversion on ebay right now pretty cheap. I got some JDM front fenders from them. Real stuff, with good prices shipping was great too.

on the usdm the e-brake is on the rhd side, honda was too lazy to recast the centerconsoles to have the section on the left. The chasis has the e-brake mounting holes for left, right, and center.

You're right, the E-brake is still on the same side, cause I won a JDM center counsol off ebay just to get the cup holder. Well, I got the cup holder, ash tray, and center counsol for only like $40
