I tried to replace the tail light bulbs on my '98 base following the manuals' directions. A simple twist... but nothing. I don't want to apply too much force to the bulb holder so-am I doing something wrong or do I need more "muscle"?

Make sure your turning it the proper way. If so, twist harder. Also push the socket slightly towards the housing as you twist it.
