the problem is i dunno whats wrong to fix it. And why would i sell it i love this car and ive put alot of money into it. i just want to see if anyone knows what might be wrong and how to fix it
ppl are telling you/will tell you to sell it, more than likely, b/c the auto's have a tendency to fail. i went through it last yr and swapped it to a 5spd
yea ive herd that but ive had this car for awhile and never had problem with it plus i take very good care of it and get tranmission service done at the honda place so ill keep it till it does give me problems i love the car. but does anyone have any ideas on the reason why i posted this??

If it's a VTEC not working issue, your first basic check is your oil level. If you haven't checked that yet, I'd take a step back and do that. If it's low - close to or below the lower dot - then I'd top it off and try to hit VTEC again, after the engine has warmed up of course.

Yea the only code for the cel was a o2 which I changed. The oil level should be good I just did a oil change this week but I'll check it anyway. And what about the car only hitting 6500 rpm and will not go to redline??
